CloudPoint

CloudPoint is a fun and light hearted take on the Action-Adventure RPG genre, and features many of the mechanics and design philosophies implemented in such games, with a unique, fun and light hearted theme and story. Featuring an in depth ability based combat system, a unique and fun art style and a focused and tested design, CloudPoint is a fully realised, fleshed out and fun game.

This is a tale of courage, self belief and overcoming self-doubt. CloudPoint takes place in a time of turmoil on the legendary sky island, CloudPoint, the central and very wealthy trading hub of the new world. Merchants and citizens alike are attracted from far and wide through the power of a magical gem placed at the top of CloudPoint's legendary lighthouse. Our story starts with an invasion by evil sky pirates, who have come to CloudPoint to steal the island's riches and the magical gem from atop the lighthouse. To do this, the sky pirates have kidnapped the engineers from the prestigious CloudPoint academy, as they can't retrieve the gem without their help. In CloudPoint, you play as Gerri Rig, an engineer who was left behind by the pirates for not being good enough for their needs. Travelling with you is your companion, the cat chef. In order to prove herself, Gerri takes on the arduous task of venturing into the lighthouse in order to defeat the sky pirates and save her friends.
